Our pasta studio is an open production space, where you can try a bowl of pasta, have a sourdough toast or a cup of really good coffee. We get our bread from Collective Bakery down the road. Our batch brew is from Koppi Roasters, a Swedish microroaster that focuses on direct sourcing.
